SERVICES
Clinical Communications & Media Strategy
Translate complex medical evidence into clear, credible communications that stand up to clinical, regulatory, medical affairs, and public scrutiny.

THE PROBLEM
Where healthcare innovations lose their footing
Healthcare companies often face a difficult communications problem: the science is complex, but the audience still needs to understand why it matters.
Oversimplify the message and scientific credibility is lost. Overstate what the evidence supports and the message becomes vulnerable to regulatory, medical, or commercial scrutiny. Make it too technical and clinicians, investors, patients, or the public may never understand the value.
RNB Ventures helps organizations translate the science without diluting it, creating communications that are scientifically accurate, clinically meaningful, audience-appropriate, and commercially useful.

WHY PHYSICIAN-LED
We interpret the science before we communicate it
We interpret the science before we communicate the science. Clinical communications should not begin with copywriting. It should begin by understanding what the evidence demonstrates, what it does not demonstrate, why the findings matter clinically, and what each audience needs to understand. RNB combines physician judgment, medical affairs experience, regulatory awareness, scientific communications, and media expertise so that different audiences may hear different emphasis, but encounter the same underlying truth.

QUESTIONS
Frequently asked
How is RNB's approach different from a traditional healthcare communications or PR agency?
We begin with the medicine and evidence. Physician interpretation and scientific credibility come before creative execution. When specialized publication or media capabilities are required, we bring those disciplines into the engagement.
Can you make highly technical medical concepts understandable to patients or the general public?
Yes. The goal is to simplify the communication, not the science. We identify the essential clinical meaning and translate it into language appropriate for the audience without changing what the evidence actually supports.
Can you support advertising, promotion, and MLR review?
Yes. We can help assess whether clinical claims, comparative statements, risk balance, and promotional messages remain consistent with the supporting evidence and intended communication. Final regulatory or legal approval remains with the appropriate company functions.
Do you support manuscripts and scientific conferences?
Yes. Through Good Chemistry Communications, engagements can include manuscript development, journal strategy, abstracts, posters, scientific presentations, conference planning, KOL support, and related scientific materials.
Can you prepare executives or physicians for media appearances?
Yes. Dr. Pinzone and the RNB team can help refine the medical narrative, anticipate difficult questions, translate technical concepts for the intended audience, and prepare the spokesperson for broadcast, digital, podcast, investor, or other public-facing communications.
