RNB Ventures Consulting is a physician-led strategic advisory firm helping healthcare innovators make better decisions when clinical, regulatory, evidence, product-risk, adoption, and commercial considerations intersect. Founded by Robert N. Bilkovski, MD, MBA, RNB Ventures brings together clinical judgment, executive experience, and business strategy to help companies, investors, boards, and counsel identify the assumptions and gaps that can undermine promising healthcare innovations.
Our approach is grounded in a simple belief: the best idea doesn't always win. The most believable one does. And because your strategy is your story, credibility begins with making sure the underlying strategy holds together.

About Robert N. Bilkovski, MD, MBA
Robert “Dr. Bob” Bilkovski, MD, MBA is a physician executive, strategic advisor, fractional Chief Medical Officer, and founder of RNB Ventures Consulting.
Trained in emergency medicine, Dr. Bilkovski has built his career at the intersection of medicine, clinical development, healthcare technology, regulatory strategy, and commercialization. His experience includes senior medical leadership roles at Abbott, GE Healthcare, Takeda, and Hospira/Pfizer, along with advisory and consulting work supporting organizations including Philips, QIAGEN, Avanos, and emerging healthcare companies.
His experience spans more than 30 clinical trials across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and diagnostics, as well as medical affairs, evidence strategy, product development, medical product safety, FDA-related decision-making, commercialization, and executive medical leadership.
Today, through RNB Ventures, he advises healthcare executives, founders, investors, boards, and life-sciences counsel on the decisions that often determine whether an innovation advances, stalls, or loses credibility. He is also the author of Make Your Story Believable and creator of The Believability Lab.
